V.5. The electoral procedure

Art.64: Calling and course
  1. The Council of Trustees must appreciate the representation factor to determine the convocation of elections in connection with the number of registered candidates. Once convened by the TAH, the Council must approve:
    1. The list of registered candidates;
    2. The means allocated to the candidates for their campaign, and the start date of the campaign;
    3. The date of the FOUR days used for the generation of the censal file, then the date of the THREE days used for the voting process.
    4. The list of the voting officers nominated to generate the censal file;
    5. The forms used in the plurality vote.
  2. The elections follow the protocol of direct poll, by simple majority of valid ballots.
  3. At the end of the poll, after application of the rule of vote reduction, the TA publishes the list of the elected mediators, with the following information:
    1. The mediator's name and district.
    2. The number of electoral decision;
    3. The number of voters and the number of votes cast;
    4. The start and the end date of the electoral mandate.
  4. The elected mediators' information is added to the Mediator Registry of TA. The start date of the electoral mandate corresponds to that of the inscription in the registry.
