Art.65: Definitions
  1. The executive procedure is the procedure allowing the procedure spokesman to receive a mandate and the necessary capacities to carry out the approved decision. An executive decision is normally associated a budget.
  2. The executive circular is a document signed by the mandatary and the TAH, authorizing the Management Entities to transfer censal funds as described by the mandate.
  3. The mission report is the restricted poll that a mandatary must periodically approve after the attribution of his executive or administrative mandate.
