Art.6: Certificate of execution
- The Holder of the exploitation rights of the work, and the applicable District Entity, CERTIFY that the Participant designated hereafter is a MEMBER VOTER, in accordance with the In3activa® Convention of translators and interpreters (CITI).

- Scope of the execution right
This certificate recognizes the participant's right to execute the Convention in all the countries that recognize the Voter's legal capacity to do so, in all the trustee languages.
- Scope of the voting right
This certificate recognizes voting rights to the participant, which will be performed at the applicable District Entity, according to the term and procedures allowed by the Convention. Moreover, the Voter will be able to take part in internal votes convened by approved Entities, in accordance with the Convention provisions or by approval of procedure.
- Birth, duration and price of the rights:
This certificate is valid ONE YEAR from the effective date of payment of the related rights.

The amount above is fixed and detailed by District Entity issuing the certificate, in accordance with the legislation applicable
- Data processing:
The Participant Voter authorizes the processing and access of this Certificate data to authorized people and approved entities, under the terms of the Convention and laws in force in the country of the Entity issuing the Certificate. At any time, the participant can access or modify his personal data at the District Entity which issued the certificate.
- With the authorization of the Holder of the exploitation rights, the District Entity issues this Certificate in date and place, with the approved signature of the Entity representative:
