I. EXECUTION AGREEMENT

Art.5: License of execution
  1. In3activa® is an author's mark. The In3activa® Convention of translators and interpreters (CITI) is a translatable work protected by the General License of Translation (GLT).
  2. You can stick to the only rights recognized by the GLT, without another commitment of your share. Moreover, you can adhere personally to the content of this work, use the In3activa® author's mark and participate in the exploitation of the work in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
  3. A "participant to the agreement" indicates any person registered on the electoral roll, in possession of a Execution Certificate in force.
  4. An "executable version " is the version exhibited and approved in accordance with the provisions of the Convention. The "execution rights" are the rights issued from the personal or professional exploitation of the provisions of the Convention.
  5. A "Trustee Language" is any language for which there is an executable version of the Convention. A version of the Convention legitimated by vote, is considered, in all senses, an original version of the work. A "Trustee of procedure" indicates the legitimate Holder of an original version of the work.
  6. By mutual agreement, the holder of the original rights of this work (the "author"), and the participant in the agreement ("You"), in their common capacity as participants, declare:
    1. To renounce to perform their personal trusteeship, which they subject to the provisions of this Convention.
    2. To recognize the authority of Trusteeship, representatives and mandataries, and the legitimacy of the approved resolutions, in all countries and all trustee languages.
    3. To admit the In3activa® author's mark in a private contract, as a valid signatories' conformity declaration with the provisions of General Agreement..
  7. You are not free to use the In3activa® author's mark or to carry out this work under no version, in no Country and in no language, EXCEPT WITHIN THE PROVISIONS contained in this license.
  8. This license of execution develops, but does not cancel the General License of Translation. Non-executable versions of the work will be exhibited on Internet in accordance with the provisions contained in the GLT, with the compulsory mention of the holder's name original rights: the author.
  9. This license is an indivisible part of the work and it is not revocable. Any difference in the interpretation of this license will be solved by sentence of the Council of Trustees, or by arbitration award in accordance with the provisions of the Convention.
