Art.102: Identification of the parts
  1. A Job Agreement must establish:
    1. The In3activa declaration of conformity
    2. The object and duration of the jobs or services;
    3. Holder's identity (and district, if any);
    4. Identity of the procedure spokesman;
    5. In the case of a registered member, the Management Entity of the nominal account, as selected;
    6. The particular nature, value, and all clauses which makes up the agreement with the holder;
    7. The arbitration clause.
