Art.101: Definition
  1. The Job or Service Agreement covers any type of agreement drawn up on the account of the censal funds, which is not expressly included in the Convention. In this category are included, for example, the proposals of products or services, made by companies or professionals, who intervene as Holder Spokesmen in procedures. The Work agreements are approved in accordance with the ordinary procedures.
  2. Once the agreement proposal is approved, the Spokesman and the Holder signs it, and carry out it under the specified deadlines and conditions.
