Art.97: Identification of the parts
  1. The contract of acquisition of the exploitation rights of the work contains:
    1. The In3activa declaration of conformity
    2. The title of the work;
    3. Identity (and district, if any) of the holder of the work;
    4. Identity of the procedure spokesman;
    5. Management Entity or Entities appointed to control the economic rights;
    6. Extent, duration and geographical location of the rights that are the object of the contract;
    7. The particular value and all clauses which are the agreement object with the holder;
    8. The arbitration clause.
