Art.87: Sharing Rule
  1. The sharing rule is the rule used to share the duties acquired on a work, or on the Convention, as well as on the Return of Exploitation. The sharing rule includes three percentages:
    1. percentage of exploitation, deposited on the exploitation funds controlled by the Management Entity which takes care of levying.
    2. percentage of trusteeship, for all the languages, which is sent to the holder of the original rights of the work: the author.
    3. The right of version, by language, is sent to the holder of the rights of version of the work: the translator or the participant of the work.
  2. The percentage of trusteeship is due for each version of the work, including the original version.
  3. The portions of the sharing rule are fixed by ordinary procedure. The current values are published in the Appendix of this Convention.
