Art.11: Nature of the work
  1. In3activa® is an author's mark. Its use is subordinated to the provisions of the Convention in general, and the General Agreement in particular.
  2. The Convention is a translatable work in three parts which form an unity: the reasoned Introduction, titled "The Rape of Europe ", the General License of Translation (GLT) and the In3activa Convention of translators and interpreters (CITI), which gives its name to the unit.
  3. A legitimated version of the Convention will only mention the trustee's name who exhibits it, and it will exclude any other name. A legitimate version is considered, in all senses, an original version.
  4. Any legitimate version of the Convention is identified by its title followed by the code of Trustee Language, in accordance with the international nomenclature, then by the letter/v /, itself followed by a consecutive version number. The first executable version adopts the version number |v1|. Optional /r/ notations are envisaged for the revisions, and /s/ for series approved in the same language.
