Art.8: Trusteeship model
  1. Trustee Languages. The language of a version in force of the Convention is known as a Trustee Language. The decisions adopted in a Trustee Language have the same executory force for all the Trustee languages.
  2. Council of Trustees. The Trustees participants of the Council guarantee personally the interpretation of the Convention.
  3. Unity of the trusteeship. The trusteeship is unitary and personal. The interpretation of the Convention by a Trustee in the Council is supposed free, personal, noncontradictory and the same one in all languages.
