Art.41: Publication of the results
  1. At the end of the vote, the TAH publishes the censal file with the following information:
    1. The mediator's identity (public vote), or the confirmation key of the expressed vote (secret vote);
    2. The issued ballot\ _;
    3. The spokesman's signature, and TAH's or qualified administrative representative's authorization\ _;
  2. A restricted vote cannot be cancelled. The TAH will be able to include the possible complaints in the proposal submitted to the second vote, the vote of Council or the direct vote of Voters.
