Art.39: Definitions
  1. The protocol of restricted vote is used by the TAH to organize and collect the vote of the mediators. The vote of the mediators is compulsory in the first turn of an ordinary procedure, and to ratify a constitutional procedure.
  2. The procedure spokesman can choose a public or secret ballot.
  3. The duration of form activation for a restricted vote cannot be more than THREE NATURAL DAYS.
