At the end of the voting period, the TAH recovers the file or the files containing the ballot boxes and generates result file, based on the used forms that are valid.
The results of the direct poll are given in accordance with the rules of procedure applicable to the binary vote or plurality vote.
The published data are the following:
The District Entity which issued the voting record;
The validation key of the form, to be checked by each voter;
The issued ballot, according to the type of poll.
The voting capital of the voter, for an associative vote.
Complaints on the results are allowed during a 48 HOURS period, starting from the publication of the results. Each voter will address his complaint to the AT, written in a trustee language, and will specify obligatorily:
The voting key, as sent by the voting officer. The fact that the voting key has not been received is not a reason for complaint.
The validation key generated after the voting operation. Claims from members who did not performed their voting rights are not allowed
After closing the period of complaint addressing, the TAT will choose either to do not account the complaints, or to submit to the Trusteeship Council the decision to cancel the vote partially or in its totality. Cancellation can be partial, for a specific DE, or total for all the DE. A partial cancellation suspends all the actions that depend on this whole process, until the final result is known. Canceling a vote implies the selection of new voting officers, and the repetition of the process beginning from the opening of the vote, without engaging a new period of campaign or deliberations.
