Art.30: Definitions
  1. A motion is the approved decision regarding a question, budget, or candidatures, presented by the TAH.
  2. The TAH convenes, organizes and determines the meaning of all the voting procedures in accordance with the consultation protocols.
    1. Trusteeship vote, which collects the vote of Council of Trustees.
    2. Restricted vote, which collects the vote from mediators.
    3. Direct Vote, which collects the voters' vote.
  3. An ordinary procedure is a procedure where the mediators' voting precedes the vote of the Council and, if necessary, the direct vote from the whole voters.
  4. A constitutional procedure is a procedure where the vote of the Council precedes a restricted vote or a direct vote.
