III.1. Trusteeship Administration (TA)

Art.16: Publications, registries and archives
  1. The TA holds the version archives of the Convention, approved decision archive and the financial reports history.
  2. The TA holds a register of approved entities. The database of Approved Entities is public, and will contain:
    1. The reference of the decision of admission;
    2. The name, the address and other information of contact necessary for the entity;
    3. An Internet address, for information;
    4. The total of the nominal deposits from registered participants;
    5. The total of the nominal deposits from voters;
    6. The total of the managed exploitation funds;
    7. Statistics on the number of registered participants.
  3. The TA holds a register of mediators. The database of mediators is public and will contain:
    1. The reference of the electoral decision;
    2. Mediator's Identity and district;
    3. A contact email address;
    4. The start and end date of the electoral mandate.
  4. The TA holds a register of mandataries. This database is public and will contain:
    1. The reference of the nomination procedure;
    2. Mandatary's Identity and district;
    3. A contact email address;
    4. The start date and duration of the mission.
