III.1. Trusteeship Administration (TA)

Art.13: Administrative representation
  1. The administrative representation of the TA belongs to one or several mediators chosen by the TAH then approved by administrative procedure.
  2. The applicable jurisdiction for the TA and TAH's representation functions is that of the mediator representative's residence, in accordance with the subordination rule.
  3. Under the terms of their approved mandate, administrative representatives are lawfully able to act:
    1. In the name of the TAH;
    2. In the name of the participants and approved entities.
  4. The administrative representative signature can be used in place of the official authorization from the TAH or a trusteeship for;
    1. The certificates of execution issued to the voter;
    2. Circulars of execution communicated by the mandataries;
    3. Decisions of mediation and arbitration;
    4. Any other contractual engagement, in the terms approved by administrative procedure.
  5. Upon the TAH's request, human and financial resources may be allocated to an administrative representation. Any administrative representation is an integral part of the Trusteeship Administration. The continuity of an administrative representation depends exclusively on the TAH.
  6. The following are examples of administrative representations allowed:
    1. TAH secretariat for the application of procedures;
    2. General Registry Archive or Entities Archive;
    3. Direction of the procedures: person in charge for the development of the electoral, ordinary or administrative procedures
    4. One or more financial directions on the censal funds, with full competences or only by country competences
    5. Arbitration Direction: responsible of the international protection of the Convention, and of the development, coordination and execution of the arbitration procedures
    6. Etc.
