III. PARTICIPANTS TO THE CONVENTION
III.1. Trusteeship Administration (TA)

Art.12: Holding
  1. The holding of the TA belongs to a legitimate Trustee, carrying the title of Donimus, or to an elected mediator in exercise, with the title of President. In this convention, the Holder of the Trusteeship Administration (TAH) refers to Donimus or to President, with no distinction .
  2. The Holder of the TA is always an individual who complies with the individuation rule.
  3. The TAH has, as a permanent mandate, the management of the exploitation rights of the original versions of the Convention, for all versions, in all countries and for all languages.
  4. The Holder of the TA does not have any representativeness and does not act in the name of the participants or of authorized Entities.
  5. Subject to contrary provisions contained by this Convention, the Holder of the TA does not use his voting right in Council (as Donimus) or in restricted vote (as President).
