Art.82: Definitions
  1. Private contracts are documents on paper or electronic medium that attest in a sufficient manner the existence of an agreement between the two parts. Private contracts are the Certificate of execution; licenses for use or transfer of rights; written contracts; estimates and purchase orders, etc.
  2. The General Agreement is the set of compulsory clauses which famous are contained in private contracts when this one incorporates the In3activa® declaration of conformity.
  3. The Economic regulation is the part of the General Agreement that defines the economic rules which intervene in the procedure course, the administration of the censal funds, and in the calculation of the execution rights of the registered participants.
  4. The principal alternatives for the application of the General Agreement are:
    1. The General Services Agreement (GSA) which includes, without limitation, the translation services;
    2. The General Exploitation Agreement (GEA) for the acquisition of the exploitation rights on the works from authors;
    3. Any job or service of any type, contracted on the account of the censal funds.
