V.8. Disciplinary procedure

Art.72: Definition
  1. A disciplinary procedure or canceling procedure is the ordinary procedure used to to cancel a motion previously adopted, with an aim of:
    1. Cancel the authorization granted to a territorial or management entity;
    2. Resign a mandatary before the end of his mission.
    3. To resign an administrative representative before the end of its electoral mandate.
  2. A disciplinary procedure against an entity cannot be convened before ONE YEAR, after the procedure of admission, or after the rejection of a preceding disciplinary procedure against it.
  3. A disciplinary procedure against an executive mandatary cannot be convened before the presentation of his first Mission Report, or in the year that follows a preceding disciplinary procedure against the mandatary.
  4. In the case of a disciplinary procedure against an administrative representative
    1. The request can be presented every time;
    2. A disciplinary procedure has priority on all the other ordinary procedures in progress
