V. CONVENTION OF PROCEDURES
V.7. Administrative procedure
[<<][>>]
Art.71: Administrative representatives
  1. The administrative representatives are spokesmen selected by the TAH, whose mandate is adopted by administrative procedure. Administrative representatives receive the necessary representation capacities to draw up contracts and to order payments on the account of the censal funds. As for all agents, the legal capacity of administrative representative is subjected to legislation of home country.
  2. As a difference with other executive mandates, an administrative mandate terminates with the electoral mandate. To continue, an administrative representative must consequently:
    1. Await the convocation of elections and be made elect or re-elect;
    2. Be selected by the TAH among the mediators;
    3. Be approved by mediators, which must entrust his mandate.
  3. The restriction in duration of the administrative representation mandate does not cancel the approved administrative resolution, until it is modified by another administrative procedure, as requested by the TAH.
  4. An administrative representative cannot be directly resigned by the TAH. It is necessary to complete the electoral mandate, or to convene a disciplinary procedure, upon a mediator's request.
