Art.55: Revision of the Convention
  1. Only a legitimate Trustee can submit a revision to the current Convention. The revision is carried out on the text of Trustee's version, while following the most adapted procedure or according to the use of the "Translator's Notes", dated, with explanations on the modifications, which will be integrated into the revised version.
  2. At the end of a vote organized by Donimus or a legitimate Trustee, the Council of Trustees approves o rejects the revision. The Council of Trustees can establish if revision is semantic or formal, as well as the list of Trustees concerned by the revision, according to a similar criterion to that used to distinguish between a translated or a successor version of the Convention.
  3. After a favorable sentence of the Council, the TAH organizes a restricted vote with mediators, by simple majority.
  4. In the event of a favorable decision of the mediators, the new revision of the Convention comes into force. A new revision of the Convention is indicated by a new consecutive revision number, with prefix /R/.
  5. In the event of a contradictory vote of the mediators, the procedure is automatically converted into a plebiscite of Convention exhibition, whether translated or successor, in accordance with the initial sentence of the Council. The decision will depend in this case on the result on the plebiscite.
