Art.52: Definitions
- The exhibition of the Convention is the constitutional procedure that confers to the version of the Convention, as exhibited on Internet, the same legitimacy than the original version.
- The legal capacity associated to the trusteeship is determined by the Convention version holder's residence, in accordance to the subordination rule.
- The object of an exhibition vote is the exhibited version, rather than the person of its mentor. Therefore, a Trustee cannot add the votes of legitimating received separately for each exhibited version of the Convention, even if he can use in the Council as many votes as legitimate versions of the Convention carry his name.
