Art.47: Deliberations and mediators' restricted vote
  1. Once the the agreement proposal is accepted, the first step of the ordinary procedure follows the restricted protocol.
  2. The TAH opens and closes the deliberations and to assign the mediators' turn of speech. The aim of the mediator's deliberations is to explain and to amend the clauses of the agreement proposal under procedure.
  3. The TAH will be able to issue warnings against a mediator and, with the second warning, to withdraw his turn of speech in temporarily or definitely. The effect of this sanction will not extend beyond the end of the current procedure, and only for this one.
