Art.93: Data processing: authorization and prescription
  1. Authorization. The participants authorize the data processing necessary to execute correctly their agreement and the procedures of the Convention. In particular, they authorize the Contractor's District Entity to perform the necessary Registry functions to ensure the correct progression of the agreement.
  2. Access and correction. Either part will be able to perform the rights of access and of correction of the recorded information. All new information will be added to the preceding one, without loss or destruction of existing information.
  3. Time of conservation. Without prejudice of approved resolutions or subordination rule, the maximum time allowed for conservation or use of the archives will be FOUR YEARS, for all entities or authorized people.
  4. Prescription Term. The prescription time to convene an arbitration coincides with that of the conservation, or use of the files.
