Art.90: Declaration of conformity
  1. The In3activa® declaration of conformity is an agreement of signatories by which the clauses of the General Agreement, and by extension, the procedures of the Convention, will be included as inseparable parts of the private contract they are celebrating.
  2. The In3activa® declaration of conformity must explicitly refer to current text of the Convention.
    For example:

    Declaration of conformity:
    The signatories declare that the clauses of the General Agreement In3activa® (http://www.In3activa.org) are inseparable parts from this agreement.
  3. Are not considered in conformity, and no procedure will be allowed for contracts that do not include the In3activa® declaration of conformity.
