Art.83: Financial report of the TA.
  1. The TA regularly publishes an economic report with the totals of the censal funds, and their detail by Approved Entities. This report ratio collects the information regularly brought by the Approved Entities, it is used as reference in the calculation of the participants' economic rights and it determines the course of the ordinary procedures.
  2. The censal funds calculations are based on the information received by TA from the District and Management Entities about the registered members' nominal deposits and the accumulated exploitation funds.
  3. Periodically, the District Entities update the following information:
    1. The number of registered participants;
    2. The total of the nominal deposits from the voters;
    3. The total of the members' nominal deposits without electoral rights;
    4. The total of the exploitation funds managed by the Management Entities in the same district.
  4. In the same way, the Management Entities update the following information:
    1. The number of nominal accounts they manage;
    2. The total of the managed exploitation funds.
  5. The censal funds are not based on a specific currency. Calculations requiring of monetary conversions will determine the reference currency in accordance with the following priority sequence: the approved budget, the executive Mandatary, the entity that issues the order, and the registered member.
  6. The dates are fixed (by default) according to the Gregorian calendar. The decisions adopted in accordance with other calendars will have to indicate the Gregorian calendar equivalent.
