  2. Based on the information provided by the parts, the filed decisions and his own personal opinion, the procedure spokesman writes a mediation decision. If the parts accept the sentence, this one is transformed into a executive circular, which contains:
    1. The reference of the mediation decision;
    2. The signature of the Spokesman;
    3. The signature of the administrative TA representative;
    4. The term of the execution mandate, which cannot be shorter than ONE YEAR
    5. The mediation decision itself.
  3. The parts have FOUR DAYS as reflection time, to confirm or finally refuse the mediation decision. The rejection of the mediation decision by the parts automatically forwards them to an executive arbitration, with the text of the decision as reference.
