V.8. Disciplinary procedure

Art.73: Initiative of procedure
  1. The initiative of a disciplinary procedure must start from a mediator in exercise. The allegations are published and joined to the procedure proposal. However, this mediator does not intervene as holder spokesman in the disciplinary procedure.
  2. The holder of the disciplinary procedure is the executive or administrative mandatary or the entity, defendant of the procedure.
  3. Once the TAH admits the procedure proposal, the holder has 48 HOURS to choose an executive spokesman. After this time, if no executive spokesman has been nominated, the mediator that initiated the procedure becomes executive spokesman.
