Art.59: Presidential regime
  1. Presidency is the situation in which a mediator assumes the direction of the TA during his electoral mandate.
  2. The continuity of the President is guaranteed throughout its electoral mandate.
  3. The President gathers all the TAH's obligations. However, the President cannot exert any of the prerogatives reserved to the legitimate Trustees, in particular, with regard to the organization of a sentence of the Council, he will have to seek the support of a legitimated tutor.
  4. The perpetuation of the presidential regime does not restrict any of the specific rights reserved to Trustees, nor the legitimacy of the procedures contained in the Convention.
