Art.59: Presidential regime
- Presidency is the situation in which a mediator assumes the direction of the TA during his electoral mandate.
- The continuity of the President is guaranteed throughout its electoral mandate.
- The President gathers all the TAH's obligations. However, the President cannot exert any of the prerogatives reserved to the legitimate Trustees, in particular, with regard to the organization of a sentence of the Council, he will have to seek the support of a legitimated tutor.
- The perpetuation of the presidential regime does not restrict any of the specific rights reserved to Trustees, nor the legitimacy of the procedures contained in the Convention.
