In3activa Convention of translators and interpreters (CITI version 1, revision 5, "The Elections")
IV. REFERENCE OF PROCEDURES
IV.5. Trusteeship vote protocol
[<<][>>]
Art.44: Course
  1. The Donimus or the Trustee who takes up the duties of Procedure Spokesman will choose freely the way to organize the Council vote. In presidential mode, the TAH must ask the intervention of a legitimate trustee.
  2. Donimus does not exert his vote in a sentence of the Council of Trustees. In the event of equality of votes, if the Donimus is the head of TA, his decision determines the sentence.
  3. The response of the Council to the question must be binary (for or against). In case of equality of voices, if a President is the head of the TA, the opinion of the Council is assumed favorable to the motion.
  4. The vote of the Trustees is public, with no exception to the rule. The Council sentence may contain self-explanations, while the Donimus or the tutor in charge must write the motion resulting from the deliberations and submit it to the vote. The Council members can add separate particular votes, appended to the sentence.
  5. The Council sentences are recorded in files that are independent from ordinary resolutions.
