Art.24: Approved Entity mandataries
- A mandatary approved by procedure may be designed to act as representative of an approved entity. The applicable rules for these mandates are the same than those applicable for executive mandates. The restrictions to the mandatary authority representing the Entity must be defined in the nomination motion.
- One mandatary can represent one or more entities at the same time.
- The majority applicable to procedures, in which an approved entity intervenes as Holder spokesman, will depend on the mandatary quality: qualified majority if the electoral mandate is in force, simple majority in other case.
