Art.98: The equality clause on the respective version trusteeship
- The holder and the participants have equal rights on their respective versions. This recognition is subordinated to the fact that the participators will give out their respective exploitation rights on the work, in same the terms, for the same duration and extension, that those which will be provided by this contract.
- When the contract foresees the translation of the work, the pricing rates will be the same for all languages, and the payment is due for each version of the work, including the original version. Moreover, all translation contracts will comply with the provisions contained by the GSA about service agreements.
