Art.74: Course
- The disciplinary procedure concludes with a mediators' restricted vote. It is not necessary to organize a second vote to cancel a motion.
- The voting process follows the qualified majority when the mandatary is a mediator with an electoral mandate in exercise. Otherwise, the simple majority applies.
- For the resignation of the mandatary or representative, or the disapproval of the entity, the TA will follow the provisions for an entity expulsion or an executive mandate termination, respectively.
