In3activa Convention of translators and interpreters (CITI version 1, revision 5, "The Elections")
V. CONVENTION OF PROCEDURES
V.6. Executive procedure
[<<][>>]
Art.69: Mission Report
  1. The Mission Report is compulsory when the duration of the approved mission is longer than the electoral mandate of the Spokesman.
  2. The Mission Report occurs:
    1. The first time, before the end of the electoral mandate of the Spokesman;
    2. Later on, at intervals of times non-higher than ONE YEAR.
  3. At the time of the Mission Report, the mandatary will be able to introduce modifications into the provisions approved before. However, modifications could not modify the rules of procedure or the rule of majority, as used to approve the initial mandate.
  4. The Mission Report concludes with the mediators' restricted vote. If the mandatary is a mediator in exercise, the rule of majority is the same than the initial decision majority (the mandatary is again a Spokesman). When the mandatary is not any more a mediator in exercise, the simple majority is compulsory. In this last case, the mandatary must designate a Spokesman among the mediators in exercise.
  5. 5. If the vote on mission report is favorable, the new provisions acquire the same executory value as the provisions of the initial decision. Otherwise, the rejection of a report does not cancel the already approved provisions of the mandate, which remain into force.
  6. In all the cases, the report is added to the same archives, following the initial decision.
