Art.9: Executive model
  1. Trusteeship Administration. The Trusteeship Administration deals with the procedure course, holds the registries, preserves the archives and publishes the financial report.
  2. Approved Entities. The Approved Entities assume District functions for the inscription of registered participants, and management functions for the funds subjected to the common interest.
  3. Certificate of Execution. Emitted by the District Entities, it recognizes the participants' electoral rights who comply with the individuation rule.
  4. Mediators. Elected by participants, they vote resolutions and budgets presented by a Spokesman during procedures.
  5. Procedure Spokesman. Two Spokesmen, the executive Spokesman and the Holder Spokesman, represent the real o symbolic contracting parts of a contract approved by procedure. The quality of the Holder determines the applicable rule of majority.
