Art.49: Associative way: Direct poll
  1. As in the preceding case, the TA organizes the restricted vote and interprets its result according to the applicable rule of majority. An unfavorable vote means the refusal of the proposal and closes the procedure.
  2. After a favorable decision, the TAH organizes the associative vote in accordance with the protocol of direct poll.
