Art.25: Removal from the entity database
  1. The TA must be informed as a preliminary to the resignation of an approved entity.
  2. The resignation of a District Entity is effective only after the transfer of the member database towards the General Registry.
  3. The resignation of a Management Entity is effective only after the transfer of the censal funds and accounting books to another he Management Entity, as indicated by the TA. In a procedure of dissolution, removal occurs after the liquidation of all the censal funds.
  4. The expulsion of an entity is the object of a disciplinary procedure.
