III.2. Approved Entities

Art.21: District Entities (DE)
  1. The District Entities are given a geographical area defined in accordance with a map of districts. The procedure of admission of a District Entity, and consequently, the definition of the map of districts is done by ordinary procedure.
  2. The definition of the districts follows the international nomenclature of recognized States, and the following rules will be observed:
    1. The same District Entity will be able to include one or more States in its district.
    2. Except for the General District, a District Entity will have its office address in the same State, or one of the States of its district.
    3. Districts divided by two District Entities are not allowed;
    4. Independently of the internal organization model which can exist inside the district, the minimum region of a District Entity is the territory of a State;
    5. Any reorganization of the international nomenclature of States will automatically lead to the reorganization of the District Entities;
  3. The inscription of the participants in a District Entity is free, and it is compulsory to subscribe to the District Entity corresponding to the registered office or residence. District Entities will not restrict the adhesion of participants who are particular, professional or companies.
  4. The District Entity manages the historical registry of transactions declared by registered participants, within the framework of the procedures of the Convention. Subject to the subordination rule and the provisions of this Convention:
    1. The District Entity will determine the method of access to its registries.
    2. The historical archives will be destroyed (or could not be used in procedure course), after FOUR YEARS from the creation date.
  5. The District Entity will hold an up to date database of registered participants containing the following information:
    1. Information allowing to identify the registered member;
    2. An email address for the administrative communications;
    3. An email address of electoral use, or "censal address", if necessary;
    4. The amount of the nominal deposit of the registered member, in accordance with the information provided by the Management Entities.
  6. The DE is authorized to communicate specific information contained in the database of registered participants:
    1. Upon request from any person, the confirmation that a member appears in its database;
    2. Upon request from any person, the Insurance Capital of a registered member;
    3. Upon request from an electoral officer during direct polls, any electoral information;
    4. Upon request from an approved entity, the identity of a registered member.
